1. The logo design process begins when you order your custom logo design. You
can begin your project now on the right> 2: After you have placed your order using your credit or debit card with our secure payment processor you will be directed to our logo design form. This form will ask you several questions about your business, group, website, etc..., so that we have a good starting point for your logo concepts. (If for any reason you are not automatically re-directed to the form please email us to receive your link) 3. Using the input you provided in the form and our creative ability we will develop your unique logo design concepts and send them to you as an image file by email by the fourth business day after you complete the form. Your concepts will be a mixture of your ideas and ours. 4. After reviewing the concepts you have the opportunity to respond with revisions to the ones that you like by email. Revisions can include changing fonts, colors, switching parts of one concept for parts of another, requesting new artwork, new layouts, etc... 5. We will respond with the revisions you requested and the review process begins again. This continues until we arrive at 1 final logo design that you are happy with. We make every effort to return logo revisions to you within 48 business hours. If you have chosen a package with limited revision rounds we will work through those rounds to complete your logo. If you are still not happy with your logo and wish to revise it further, the cost is $29 per additional revision round. To avoid this issue choose our GOLD logo package with UNLIMITED revisions. 6. You will review a final concept of your logo design and confirm by email that it is your final logo selection with no further edits or revisions needed. 7. Delivery is made to you by email within 2 business days of confirming your logo design. We deliver your logo in several file formats and sizes, dozens of files in all! These files include your source files for editing and commercial printing. (File formats include: Vector source files EPS & AI, GIF, JPG, PDF, PSD, & transparent background PNG) 8: Using your logo file set you will be able to add your logo to almost anything. We provide file formats for commercial printing, screen printing, website use, internet use, faxing, home & office printing, and branded items. We also include a Virtual CD program with your logo files in HTML format. This LOGO GUIDE will assist you in selecting the correct file for your project.
