LOGO DESIGN~ After you receive your initial logo design set we will begin the revision stage of your logo design project.  You may request as many revision rounds as needed to get to a final logo design you like.  If however after your 2nd revision round request, but before your third, you do not wish to continue with the process we will gladly refund your full payment. WE DO NOT OFFER A REFUND TO ANYONE WHO PROCEEDS PAST THE THIRD LOGO REVISION ROUND STAGE.   If we have provided an intitial logo design set and three revision rounds it's safe to assume we will reach a final logo that you will be happy with, if not, the amount of work we have done up to and past that point warrants fair compensation. Fewer than 5% of our clients request a refund, and some of those are due to their own circumstances, they weren't able to get their business off the ground, etc... so ORDER WITH CONFIDENCE! ___________________________________________________ WEBSITE DESIGN~ Although we do not offer refunds for website design work, as there are dozens of hours involved in setting up your website, we WILL make every effort to insure your  happiness during the design process, and throughout our working relationship, be it one week, or ten years.
