FULL COLOR PRINTING COLOR NOTICE Full color / CMYK printing uses a different color process than Spot / Pantone color printing. When we set your logo and stationery files up for the full color print process we convert the Spot / Pantone colors in your imagery to CMYK. In some instances there will be a variance of color due to the fact that Pantone / Spot colors are specific ink colors from true solid color inks while the CMYK process uses a combination of 4 major colors to achieve all of the colors in your design. This means that certain colors, such as bright blues, will not print bright in CMYK / Full color printing. We make every effort to insure that your full color stationery will print in colors as close as possible to your original logo colors. When we send you your stationery concepts for review we manipulate the file so that it will show you, as best as a monitor can, how the colors in your logo will be effected when converted to the CMYK process. If you are wanting to insure an exact color match from your original logo colors to your stationery then you SHOULD NOT use any online full color printer. You should instead have your stationery printed by a local, professional print shop using the Spot / Pantone colors suggested in your original logo files. If you have already had stationery layouts designed by us they are in the Spot / Pantone color process. You can choose to have those printed in that format by a local printer, or, we can convert them to CMYK and print them for you, again keeping in mind the color variance issues mentioned above. RETURNS, REPRINTS, REFUNDS NOTICE Our printer WILL NOT offer a refund for color variance on your business cards. If there is an issue with registration, or if your cards were trimmed incorrectly or arrived damaged they will reprint them for you. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on printed items as they are printed by a third party printer, however we will make every effort to rectify any issues that may arise to your satisfaction. BUSINESS CARD, LETTERHEAD, and ENVELOPE DESIGNS CORRECT CONTENT NOTICE You are ultimately responsible for the content of your stationery layouts including the imagery and text. We cannot be held responsible for misspellings, grammar, punctuation, etc... It is your responsibility to make sure that everything on the card is correct during the design and revision process. How you see your final concept for approval is EXACTLY how it will print. We can not alter the design once it has been sent to the printer. If we use photos or imagery provided by you, you are responsible for making certain that you have the proper permission to use the imagery in question. |
