How long before I receive my logo concepts? 3 business days from the day you place your order.^ How do I tell you about my logo design project? Once you place your order you will be sent to a custom form that will ask you 10-15 questions about your logo design project. We use the information from the form, plus your years of experience and talent, to develop your logo concepts.^ What is your logo design process? Step 1: Order our flat rate logo design services Step 2: Fill out the logo contact form (you will be sent to the form) Step 3: Receive your concepts by email within 3 business days Step 4: Request revisions to your concepts Step 5: Revisions continue until you are happy with a final logo Step 6: Logo sent by email in 7 file formats in color & black and white^ How many initial logo concepts will I receive? 6 initial concepts.^ How will I receive my logo concepts? By email. We send your concepts in a GIF or JPG file. The concepts will be separated and numbered for ease of reference.^ How many revisions to my concepts can I ask for? 1-1000 we offer true unlimited revisions with NO ADDITIONAL FEES!^ What if I don't like any of my initial logo concept? This only happens about 1 out of every 100 logo projects we do. Usually it's because we didn't have enough information to begin with. If this turns out to be the case we will ask you to provide further input and direction and we will then provide 3 additional concepts based on that input.^ How many colors can I use in my logo design? The short answer is, as many as you want. The long answer is, most companies limit the number of colors in their logo design to 3 or less. Look at most major company logos, they have 3 color or less. Having fewer colors makes your logo more affordable and easier to print. It also makes it easier to apply across many different applications from ballpoint pens to billboards. Logos with more than 3 colors almost always have to be printed in full color.^ What file formats will my logo design come in? We provide your logo in color and black and white versions in the following file formats: AI - Adobe Illustrator Vector Source File (For commercial printers, screen printers, sign makers, etc...) EPS - Similar to AI file but more universal concerning what vector programs can open and use the file. PDF - Adobe Acrobat file. Can be opened by and PDF reader, can be edited in Acrobat Pro or any vector program that supports PDF files. PSD - Photoshop file. Includes transparent background as a layer. GIF - Standard internet graphic in large, medium and small sizes. JPG - Standard internet graphic in large, medium, small and 300 DPI high resolution sizes. PNG - Transparent background file that can be used online over any background color.^ Can I get a refund? Yes! In the event you decide we aren't the best company for your logo design job you can request a 100% refund as long as you do so BEFORE your third revision request/round. Any request for a refund after we have developed your concepts and provided 3 or more revisions rounds will be for half of the original amount paid. We retain the second half as payment for our time to that point.^ Are my designs 100% original? While no one designing logos online, including us, can 100% guarantee that your logo doesn't look like any other logo ever created we do make every effort to come up with original designs. We don't copy logos, we don't even like to design logos that are remotely similar to another logo. We want you to have the most original logo possible.^ Do I own the final design? YES! You paid for it, you approved it, you own it! You can even have it trademarked through the US patent office if you wish.^ Can you also design my stationery? Yes!
